Story
My mum on a limited income has been brushed off by her insurance company, and we are looking to get a independent surveyor so that we can take the report back to the insurance company and get them to right the wrong.
The home my mum have lived in for over 41 years and it's a sad site to see it start to look like the front will collapse and my mum having no chance to pay to repair it.
