Story
On the 23rd April 2017 I will be running the London Marathon in aid of
'The RAF CENTRAL Fund'
It is a charity originally founded in 1919 by serving RAF Personnel, dedicated to providing support to enhance the sense of well-being, morale and community cohesion for those serving in the RAF today and into the future. Today they remain supporting those who serve from individuals and teams representing at the highest levels but also for the first time! In addition they contribute to Unit facilities to enrich the life of RAF people and their families.
It is proven that sport helps in many aspects such as stimulating the body and mind, encourages team spirit and working with others bringing on key skills such as leadership and dedication.
With out people like you supporting them they would not sustain the demanding life style the military requires.
Thank You.
