My name is Scott Moon. I have type 3 MS (multiple sclerosis) relapsing and I am paralysed down the left side of my body and I am blind in my left eye. The Government have stopped my benefits due to me being in the hospital. I was not able to claim the PIP because I did not receive the form so therefore I could not reply to them, so they have stopped my ESA and DLA benefits. So now I do not have any money to live on.

I am now having two appeal which could take nine months so I am struggling two eat, heat my property and use any water. I have also to give my mobility scooter back as this was purchased by using my disability mobility premium therefore I am trapped in my house and I do not have any freedom or independence. I am ashamed two have two ask but any money you could spare would be gratefully received e mostly appreciated. Thank you!
