As a community we are trying to raise funds to proactively and professionally oppose an application for planning on one of the last parcels of prime agricultural land in the heart of the village.

The proposed site is also adjacent to the boundary of Pagham Harbour LNR ( which is a special protection site), a Ramsar site and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and is less than 200 meters from the boundary of the Sidlesham Quay Conservation Area.

The community feels strongly that for any and all reasons, planning permission on this site of any nature should be refused.
