Hi all, literally trying to be cheeky. My Fiance and I have bought a house. We are trying to do an extension to improve the appearance and up the value in the local area. Trying to get a win to end a very bad year for health reasons and personal stuff!

Since buying the house we have found that the electrics are dangerous and need's to be fully rewired, the house itself has a load of asbestos which we have had to pay to remove a load of it. The house is riddled with damp as we have no central heating currently. Basically we have bitten off more than we can chew and are up a creek without a paddle!

Once the house is finished my Mrs can move back from London and we can continue with our lives but at the moment we need to get this done. Can't offer a lot in return for help other than offering free parking when you are in Somerset!

Will also be happy in future to contribute to other peoples projects as a thank you.
