Hi everyone. On the 29th of April I will be jumping out of a plane woohoo. This all in aid of raising much needed funds for a pkace called Platform.
Platform is a daycentre providing provisions for young adults aged 19+ , with profound learning difficulties and disabilities. There are much needed places for these guys as they leave school. Platform aims to help give a relaxing, fun, stimulating and active place to support young adults and their families. The centre also hopes to provide a place for under 19's during school holidays.
As you may know equipment isn't cheap. Items required include overhead hoists, sensory equipment and equipment to allow users to access activities. Hopes too are to raise enough to buy a mini bus . Which would allow them to take trips out.
I know times are hard but if you could please sponsor me as little or as much as you can. You would be helping to give support to some fantastic young people and help them enjoy a great enviroment.
