We are raising much needed funds for Sleaford Dementia Support who recently lost funding, this group helps support activities for people living dementia in the Sleaford area including surrounding villages.

I have recently seen how cruel dementia can be, not only to the person suffering but also to family and loved ones. This group offers support for everyone effected. Without fund raising they would have to close, with more people being diagnosed every day they need all the help they can get.

So with that myself, Kirsty, Lucy and Katie are going to get fit and do the inflatable 5K run at Newark on Saturday 9th September. Anyone that knows us will realise how hard this is going to be, it might even mean I give up Pringles and be healthy or just cut down.
