Sootica was hit by a car and requires an amputation if the surgeons are unable to save her leg. She is currently suffering low blood pressure from a severed artery near her broken femur bone, meaning they cant operate until her blood pressure returns to normal. They are also discussing transfusions and more x rays. Her vet care is covered by insurance for up to £4,000, but after 4 nights at a hospital waiting for her to be ready for surgery, her bills are already at £3,500 before sedation and surgery happens And each new day adds £1,500 to the bill.
