I am taking part in a 5K Inflatable Santa run in Ipswich on the 2nd December to raise money for a piece of equipment needed in the Woolverstone Wish cancer centre in Ipswich. Before the improvements of the cancer centre were completed on Monday, 16th May 2016, patients had experienced cramped conditions, had to travel for treatment or be admitted to the hospital overnight as a result. Often lack of space meant that it wasn't possible for people to have family with them during treatment, or receive information in private. These improvements happened thanks to the fundraising and donations made by people, cancer is unfortunately an illness close to many of our hearts so I would like to raise as much money as possible to continue supporting this wonderful centre.
