Steph Pruden is such a wonderful human, she's set up and continues to join up new mums in Biggleswade, creating a space to find support, a helping hand and an ear to bend. So so important when becoming a mum. She's a total superstar. Stef has just been told she has SPD a pelvic condition in pregnancy meaning she is in EXTREME discomfort. She has been referred to a physio but that could take six weeks and her babe is due around that time so might just be too late.

WE CAN HELP HER! To give a little back to Steph for setting up the awesome network and giving to her local community I though we could crowd fund her some help in the form of an assessment privately at an awesome osteopath I know who has helped hundreds of women with SPD and at least one follow up appointment.
