To raise money for one of the most worthwhile musical projects I've ever been involved with, I've decided to learn to play the timpani (which have actually turned out to be my one true love) in just 2 months and sit a Grade 5 exam in July! The Street Orchestra of London exists to bring high quality, live music to Everyone, Anywhere. We believe that everybody has an equal right to enjoy live, high-quality music – for free.

- Reach a wider audience, including hospice patients, care home residents and asylum seekers;
- Provide public performances free of charge in railway stations, parks, museums and public spaces;
- Redefine the classical music experience and take high quality orchestral music out of the concert hall;
