Story
St Timothy’s Lutheran Church Sunderland, is the only Lutheran Church in the North of England. We have kept the light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ burning here since 1954.
Following an arson attack four years ago, we find ourselves struggling to pay our bills and maintain our presence.
Our pastor has found part-time work to help with his salary, but we still need an injection of capital to enable us to continue to spread the message of salvation across the North East of England.

6 years agoWe have been helped by some incredibly kind friends already. Thank you to those who have so generously donated to our cause, God’s richest blessings to each and every one of you. Our goal of remaining as a beacon of light here remains the same, and while we feel now that we have a long term plan in place, we still need the injection of capital in the short term to get us over the temporary hurdle to get to our long term plan.
