As I turn 40 this year, I thought I would do something challenging as well as raise funds to support two charities close to my heart - Hockey for Heroes, and Mind. As so many people ask for money to support causes, I thought I would go a little more extreme, and complete three challenges this year in return for asking for money!

On 13th May, I will be running a 1/2 Marathon; on 30th May I will be walking on burning coals, and later in the year, I will be jumping out of a plane (with a parachute on of course!)

Any donations you can make to support these two amazing charities that do a huge amount of very valuable work would be massively appreciated.
