Story
On the 9th September I will be holding a Charity Brazilian Jiu Jitsu show in the University Hospital of Wales Recreation Hall where we will be literally fighting for this fantastic cause.
I have not personally experienced the pain of seeing my Child in an intensive care unit but I can only imagine how horrendous this must be. This event will be raising money for hospital equipment and for Items such as ipads for siblings of the patient to play with during their time in the hospital.
There will be a minimum of 10 exhibition fights including some very well know faces from the world of Mixed Martial Arts. The confirmed main event with be a very tough match up between Shane Price vs Thomas Caughey.
This will be a fun packed event and won't be taken too seriously, however I am sure everyone will be after a win.
In addition to the main fights there will also be a bouncy castle for the Children, giant ball pit, music, a licenced bar and a Kids Zone. The kids zone will be a matted area where your children will be invited to roll with our professional fighters, hopefully encouraging them to join a local BJJ club in the near future.
There will be an auction at the event where you will be able to bid for a Joe Calzaghe signed boxing glove, a David Haye signed boxing glove, a Gareth Bales signed football shirt and many other great items.
Tickets are now available on eventbrite For £10 per adult. Kids under 16 can enter the event for free but must hold a valid childrens ticket (£0.00) and be accompanied by a full paying adult. 100% of ticket sales will go directly to the charity.

All overheads are being paid from my own pocket meaning that 100% of all donations via this page will go directly to the Children's Ward. (Minus the 5% commission for Just Giving)
All donations would be hugely appreciated, no matter how small.
Thank you for your support!
