Recently I have lost two very dear friends to Cancer. The first, one of my closest and dearest friends Russell Edwards who left behind 2 beautiful young children and his loving wife Claire.

The second, Dale’s father, who was the nicest gentleman you could ever meet. Steve was diagnosed suddenly and after a short stay at Ty Bryngwyn, sadly passed away.

This has really brought home to me how short life is and has inspired me to do do something to help people who really need it! On September 9th 2018, I will complete Ironman Wales and hopefully raise enough money to help fund the cost of this amazing bed, which will benefit so many people in their time of need.
