    Story

We were visiting a friend and enjoying a normal day. We all sat down to eat dinner on our laps. Steven was attempting to get the movie Sex & The City back on the TV from the night before! He yelped very loudly and very briefly in EXCRUCIATING pain, in my opinion as 1) a reaction to what he was feeling and 2) to instinctively alarm us of his instant life threatening emergency. I knew INSTANTLY by looking at him that Steven’s life was UNDER IMMEDIATE, AND AS SEVERE AS IS LITERALLY POSSIBLE, ATTACK. I believed he had DIED INSTANTLY. There was nothing to give any hope at all. He seemingly as TERMINATED as quickly as a TELEVISION SET unexpectantly being turned off because of an unexpected power-cut. IT WAS THE MOST UNREAL EVENT. Steven’s face turned blue. His eyes ‘faded away’. His body went limp. His BREATH WAS NON EXISTANT. He was TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE. He was LITERALLY LIFELESS to my eyes and to the touch. This lasted MINUTES. I wanted obviously to save his life by attempting CPR, so I awaited reconnection to the Emergency services to advise (as initially the landline had been taken up by another alarm), and in the meantime, I said to Steven “I love you, please do not be scared to pass over if you need to do so, my Dad will be with you” and kissed his lips - I OBVIOUSLY HAD TO BELIEVE THAT HE WAS DEAD OR DYING AND I WOULD NEVER PHYSICALLY CONVERSE WITH HIM AGAIN. I had got to the stage of feeling that Steven had nothing to lose so I attempted untrained CPR and he came around, and then a paramedic arrived. Steven (thank GOD) breathed and regained a CONFUSED consciousness. I thought he may have returned to us DAMAGED. He did not know himself, or me, but did know Autumn‘s name! Steven’s memory is still DAMAGED still but he is hopefully ‘getting-there’. Steven is under the ’care’ of the National Health Service, however the waiting lists are factually LONG, and the care is factually secondary at best in relation to information and investigation and prevention, and sometimes investigation even non-existant due to ‘liklihood’ and due to the cost to the public purse. Any way, I am not here to discuss politics - I do not care about that right now obviously. I care about Steven’s CONTINUED LIFE AND CONTINUED HEALTH - period. I wish, with your spirituality and kindness to be able to travel to London and be briefly accommodated there, for tests on Steven’s heart and if necessary for private tests on his brain, and anything else that is advised by a medical practitioner, then considered by us to be worthy of any expense. Where treatment is available by the NHS, it will of course be accepted ~ if the time differences are immaterial and the treatment offered no less of course. I will happily video conference anyone wishing to be ‘better-informed‘ before making a donation should they wish as I fully respect that money is hard earned and limited for all of us. I set this page up as I do not wish to have regret about Steven repeating this NIGHTMARE and this time either 1) dying or 2) living and being brain damaged due to not breathing, when it could be avoided by my attempting to finance private treatment for him to be seen SOONER and MORE COMPREHENSIVELY. I believe that STEVEN and STEVEN ALONE has ENRICHED ENOUGH PEOPLE’S LIVES FOR THEM TO 1) live in a world where Steven is physically alive, and 2) live in a world where Steven is Steven - where his personality and infectious love of life and humour is 100 percent there. Please know that should there be any monies remaining - however unlikely but wishing to cover it here - from your exceptionally kind donations, it can be either 1) returned to you as a percentage or 2) given to a charity connected with Steven’s yet to be diagnosed health condition ... so everyone benefits. I am here to TALK THIS THROUGH IF YOU WOULD LIKE. Thank you Friends for considering this. Finally, in all sincerity, please do not leave yourself in any hardship. This is not about making your life any more difficult. Its about being realistic and when possible, considering the gravity, to do what you can and as you wish. Anything you give is a gift to Steven from God through you to Steven. Thank you and Amen. X.
