Story
As some of you know - I'm doing Ironman wales this year ( can't believe I'm saying that) well I'm raising money for a friend of mine Paul Pugh( those that don't know him link attached) who was seriously injured in an unprovoked attack in 2007 - to mark the 10 year anniversary I feel there's no better cause to raise money for his ongoing rehabilitation. I will be setting up a giving page in next few days. I'm sure the inspiration and heart Paul shows daily will get me through it!!
