Story
Hi everyone, over the next few weeks I will be training hard to attempt to run 5km in under 20 minutes to raise funds for Jeff in his battle against motor neurone disease. The run will take place at 12 noon on Saturday 17th December at Victoria Park in Belfast so all support is welcome on the day! Whatever you can give, no matter how small, will make a difference! Thanks for your support!

8 years agoHi everyone, well I almost got there but just missed out by 10 seconds! But still happy with the result on a very cold day at Victoria Park. Thanks for all your support and more importantly for the money we have raised for Jeff, it really does mean a lot!

8 years agoThe last roll of the dice!! Hi everyone, the weight is now off (1 stone, 2 pounds) and the spinach shakes have begun to help build up some strength for Saturday! Thank you so much for all your support for Jeff, it has been unbelievable!

8 years agoHi everyone, well it was a cold and breezy day at Victoria Park on Sunday and my second recorded time was 21.04. Down by 18 seconds the previous week. Not quite where I wanted to be but on the plus side the weight is still coming off. Training has now increased and 6am runs before work have been introduced! Thanks again for all your generosity towards Jeff and please share this with anyone you think might want to donate, chat soon!
