Story
We are two third year Nursing Students studying in Queens University Belfast and are partaking in a medical elective this November, for four weeks, in Kikuyu Hospital, Kenya. We are so thankful that Mission Africa are enabling us to go out to Kenya; to witness the differences in the healthcare system here at home and in an area such as Kenya.
The opportunity to travel to Africa and volunteer there is so exciting and we can't wait to help out in anyway we can. Therefore, we are raising money for Mission Africa to continue their sponsorship of children in Nigeria, providing spiritual, emotional, environmental and medical support for over 200 children. Part of our fundraising will also go to Kikuyu Hospital (ran by the Presbyterian Church in East Africa) to support their continued work in Kenya.
We are starting our fundraising with a sponsored fast, organised by Mission Africa, please donate what you are able, we will be so thankful for anything to help the amazing work of these organisations.
God Bless,
Niall & Erin
