    Story

    John is 8 yrs old and lives in Dalmarnock Glasgow . He needs a specialised car seat that will adjust as he grows . It is very advanced and will ensure he cannot hurt himself .
    John suffers from mitrochonidrail disorder and epilepsy .
    John cannot walk , talk or control his movements .
    John had bone marrow failure and has had a transplant and spent most of his first 3 years of life in Yorkhill hospital .
    John attends Croftcroighn Primary which is a school for children with complex needs .

    Johns family get no help from social services to buy the chair and the family have recently spent £8,000 on other specialised equipment for the home .
    John relies on his parents car to get him out and about .

      £917 raised by you amazing friends , family ,local businesses& strangers .This car seat will make such a difference to not only young John's life , but also for his family. It will mean John can travel everywhere with his family , in the safety and comfort of an adjustable seat that will grow with him . These donations , tallied with our instore fundraising and donations from local businesses mean that we have nearly reached the £2,800 target . We cannot thank you all enoughxxx

      2 days of the page being set up and you kind , wonderful amazing generous people have donated over £400 for a specialised car seat for Young John that is life changing for him and his family and will keep John safe from harm . Thank you so much xxx
