Completing a 20 mile walk, proceeds going to Jersey Alzheimer's.

Alzheimer's is a progressive disease. This means that gradually, over time, more parts of the brain are damaged. As this happens, more symptoms develop. They become more severe and you loose the person bit by bit, that you once knew.

Jersey Alzheimer's Association provides help and support to local people living with dementia and their families in many ways.

It will not be easy for me to complete but a worthwhile cause! x
