I will be running the “Virtual” London Marathon this year. I will be following the reverse course in London before the main event (at 2am!) and I am doing it in aid of Yeovil Heartbeat.

I am an Exercise Instructor for Yeovil Heartbeat who support cardiac rehabilitation in the Yeovil area to improve the quality of lives of patients after a cardiac event/diagnosis.

YHB provides facilities and individualised progressive programmes of exercise and education whilst being monitored by specialist cardiac nurses, physiotherapists and exercise instructors. They also provide counselling from a professional counsellor to patients who require it.

All donations go to Yeovil Heartbeat who have already helped hundreds of patients and continue to help them rebuild their lives.
