Story
Dylan Lewis is a 5 year old with a rare neuromuscular disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. His family are trying to raise funds to buy him a specialist power wheelchair to help him get out and about!
Dylan is an extremely brave little boy, so i wanted to do something brave to help raise money! Please be kind enough to sponsor my 17000ft skydive to help raise awareness of Spinal Muscular Atrophy and help Dylan get his chair!!!
