Tate has been selected to represent Pontypool & District School Rugby Union Junior Group during their Italy Tour, May 2018. Tate has done amazingly well having only started to play Rugby two years ago with Monmouth RFC. Last year he received the award for most improved player of the year for Monmouth under 9s. This year he has been selected to additionally play for the district team and has been specially chosen to go on international tour, but he needs the funding. Tate is passionate about rugby and if his head is not in a book, he is throwing a rugby ball around. It would mean a lot for Tate to be able to take up this opportunity.
