Hello, my name is Taylor Dimmock and I am 14 years old. I am a huge cricket fan having caught the bug to play when i was about 6 when I first joined Aylsham St Giles Cricket Club. Along with my mum and dad we have participated in a whole range of different teams for the club and I hope to raise money for many more children and families in the future to share that passion for the game. With the growing expansion of our club we are looking to raise funds for both our junior and adult sections to help maintain the ongoing viability of these. Our grounds being in a public space also requires maintenance and extra costs. Aylsham St Giles Cricket Club is run by volunteers so all monies raised is put directly back into the club and local community. As part of my Young Leaders in Cricket Programme I am looking to raise money by doing a sponsored walk of Marriotts Way, all 26 miles from Aylsham to Norwich. I will be undertaking this challenge on 2nd April 2023 and would be very grateful to any donations to the cause.
