Ted has FINISHED his Ironman, 32 lengths swam this morning. 2.6m or 160 lengths in 4 swims over 3 days 112m cycled in 4 rides 26m walked with Ruby-Doo Thanks for all your support, we’re off for brunch to celebrate!

Ted started swimming at 7.50am this morning, the youngest in the pool by at least 20 years! He managed 38 lengths, then a 4m walk. He's aiming to complete 82 lengths tomorrow.
