The Metropolitan Sanctuary for Children with Disability, Nyeri Kenya has been providing quality rehabilitation services for over a decade. Services include therapy, medicine, and custom made equipment such as orthotics, prosthetics and adaptive chairs and frames made out of carton/cardboard. We see over 150 local outpatient clients each week and reach many, many more through satellite clinics across Kenya.

The Sanctuary has a daycare for children with disability who get locked in alone during the day, and also have a 24 hour care rescue centre for abandoned, neglected or abused children with disability. Smile Dispatchers is the fundraising department of the Sanctuary, where members of our local community and friends further afield, can join hands in volunteering and fundrasing for our cause.
