On the 4th May 10 women who had never met before, spent 5 days surviving in the woods with just basic survival gear.

The Woods Expedition was put together by Love Her Wild, a community inspiring more women to get outdoors adventuring.

Over 140 women applied to be part of this expedition and the final team represented women from all walks of life ranging from age 21 to 67, from different cultural backgrounds and abilities.

One of the women chosen, Emma, has Parkinson’s disease diagnosed at 29, and Jo lost her son Puck only a day old last year.
