In the early stages of lockdown in March 2020, The 343 started up a mutual aid fund to help anyone in the queer community experiencing financial hardship due to Covid-19. As lockdown looms on the horizon again and unemployment increases, we are fundraising to support as many people as possible in our community through hard times.

These funds are for anyone within the queer community on the island of Ireland who needs them to buy groceries/hormones/other supplies over the next few months due to unemployment, work instability or illness. Funds will be distributed by direct bank transfer; if this is not an option for for you any reason we can discuss a different method. We hope to fund each person with £100 but this number may increase or decrease based on the success of our fundraising.

Keep an eye out for future (online) events that members of The 343 and friends will be putting together to support the ongoing existence of this emergency pot.
