Story
The Cosy Coffee Corner at St Mary Woolnoth Church in London/UK is an independent coffee shop owned and operated by the same person for the past 12 years and is facing the threat of closure. We have missed your custom and friendly faces. Having reopened the coffee shop in early October the business is still down 90% of pre-Covid sales, making it almost financially unviable. As we go into the next six months, there is much uncertainty as in how people will be commuting into the Bank area and with this in mind The Cosy Coffee Corner is looking for £6,000 to cover some of the operational expenses related to keeping the business alive into 2021 and beyond. If every one of our loyal customers was able to give £20/£30 I would be very thankful. This would assure your favourite independent coffee shop will be there for you when it is safe for us all to return to The City. Thank you for your time and any financial help you can provide. Stay safe and well, and hope to see you soon. Mel

4 years agoThank you so much everyone who has donated so far. It really just shows how much we love the place and won't let it go until there's nothing else we can do to keep the location. Missing you all and hoping this ends soon! Let's keep going :) Love, Mel x
