I am a sugar addict and struggle to stay on track and as a result am gaining weight, and more importantly feeling the impact on my health. So as of tomorrow, my 13th wedding anniversary, 25th September, I am doing a no-sugar, real food, no alcohol body reboot for 50 days. In that time I want to be accountable to someone else, as I always give up on myself, so by raising money for Pathways, I figure that it will be much harder to let them down. I want to be healthier, teach my children how to be healthy, and as a happy side effect I'm hoping I will lose a bit of the weight I have regained over the last couple of years.
