Hi, My name's Thomas and I'm a portrait artist working near York in the UK. Painting has become my greatest passion in life, I've worked hard to develop my skills so that I can express my fascination in people and their stories. I am now eager to extend my skills through study in ateliers, where I will be able to learn and practise some of the techniques and skills used by classical painters throughout history. My aim is to raise funds for a place on an intensive course in narrative figure painting. This is based in Bruges at the Flemish Academy so I need to cover the costs of travel, accommodation, eating and the tuition. This would be a tremendous opportunity to further my skills and help me realise my dream of learning from and working alongside passionately driven figurative artists.
