On 25/07/2017 our colleague Steve Lee was involved in a serious accident whilst cycling. He had to be air lifted to hospital where he spent weeks in and Intensive care unit. Soon after Steve was moved to a specialist hospital in Oswestry. Finally Steve has been moved back to a bungalow in Leicestershire but he remains paralysed from the chest down. Steve has got a wheel chair but it is big heavy and not very mobile. On the 29/4/2018 I will be taking part in the Chester half marathon to raise money towards a Lightweight wheel chair to give Steve extra mobility and more independence he needs.
