Me, Sean Randall, Dan Slade and Dan Wilcox are taking part in the 2018 Bath half marathon, some of us are fit, some of us not so much. The aim is to finish no matter what time we achieve. We are doing it in the aid of a local charity to help them meet set up costs and offer a service that isn't currently there.

We are raising money to help set up a charity called threeAs Neurological Counselling and Support to help people who have had any type of brain injury (stroke, brain tumour, meningitis, Motor Neuron Disease, road traffic accidents-the list is endless), by offering people with brain injury and their family/carers specialist counselling, interventions and support, a crisis helpline and cog rehab.
