We are not a charity and are non monetised. Coming into our third season and with the aid of our polytunnel (bought through donations from The lakes hospitality trade show, Windermere town council and crowdfunding). We want to grow as much food as possible.
Even £2 will go a long way and ultimately give local people access to organic vegetables and fruit.
The pond is dug and just needs to be lined.
When finished the pond will attract more insects and wildlife .
Some of these insects will help keep aphid populations and other crop attacking insects numbers down. Further increasing vegetable yields and natural diversity.
