Story
Hi my name is toby and i‘m 14 years old. I got diagnosed with Crohns Disease a couple of months back and hadn’t really heard of it before. The nurses and doctors told me all about it and how it affects me so i could understand. I thought about all of the people that Crohns Disease affects (including me) and thought i should get involved. I will be doing a 5k charitable walk for Crohns Disease on Sunday 6th May 2018 and all the money that is raised on this page will go towards Crohns & Colitis UK. Any donations will be hugely appreciated. Thank you
