My name is Tommy Lloyd, I am 25 from Bognor Regis and work as a Youth Worker. I enjoy working with young people and have a passion for making a difference to the lives of others. My hobby is boxing, which has allowed me to maintain my fitness.

Putting together my enthusiasm for changing the lives of others and keeping fit, I have decided to run the Bright 10 on October 15th. This will be the furthest I have ever run and a real challenge for me.

I have decided to do so on behalf of Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative, a not for profit co-operative that supports people with learning disabilities in Wales. They are a national provider of community care and housing related support, who pride themselves on their long standing commitment to highest standards of quality.
