We will be running the Tough Mudder 12 mile obstacle course in May 2017 (Photos of this year’s event will be posted to our website and FB Page on completion. )_
We are trying to raise funds to contribute towards a fantastic project in Birmingham. We want to be able to better the experience of those that use this service and help those trapped in addiction and isolation. Also Given the difficult and testing times surrounding cuts to the health and social care budget and the lack of resources despite the increased need for support.
One of the five steps to Mental wellbeing is to:
Be active - We hope to be able to take a group of Approx.. 20 Service users on a trip of their choice this summer as we did last year.
