Eckersley House is based in Leeds adjacent to Leeds General Inirmary, it provides home from home accomadation to parents of children undergoing many types of Heart Operations, They are not government funded and rely totally on donations,
They have 23 private rooms and you are allocated from day the child is admitted until discharge ,the staff are very helpful and friendly at such stressful times for the parents.
I have set a target of 1000 pounds and hoping that with all my facebook friends this could easily be smashed, as ive over 1000 friends. and if you could share this with your friends it would be much appreciated. i know we can do this , they really do deserve the help for what they do . not only what they have done for our family but for many others to.
