On the 1st of October I am taking part in the Abbots Langley Tough Ten run . This year I am dedicating my run to raising some money for an old friend of ours , Tracy Jefferson . A couple of years ago Tracy suffered a massive brain aneurysm . She has been in recovery since and in the last few months , through her determination and courage is making miraculous progress in her recovery . Tracy is now walking , and her speech and writing is coming back , also it is great to see her wicked sense of humour has returned .
