Story
There are many incredible organisations and people providing care and support for those in need, in the Banbury & surrounding communities.
As christmas approaches, we are pulling together as a local car community to help to fundraise and purchase items to put together food parcels, that will be distributed by the incredible local organisations we are supporting!
Working with local hero Prabhu Natarajan, we will be helping him to provide support to 300+ families, through the following organisations:
The Sunshine Centre, The Lunchbox Project, The Samaritans Banbury, The Hill Community Centre, Park Road Mosque, Local schools and colleges.
Each food parcel will cost approximately £10 to put together. So any donations are greatly appreciated, or you can contact Banbury Car & Bike Meet to discuss who you can support on the day!

1 year agoThank you so much to everyone for their contributions!! We significantly exceeded our original goal of £3000 / 300 food packets, raising just over £4000 in 3 weeks!!!! - meaning we have been able to help more families than originally planned! This will include ad-hoc requests for food packets over the festive period, as well as ongoing support through The Lunchbox Project, Prabhu’s own initiative.
