We have been chosen to represent Huxlow Science College as delegates at the Jinja International Youth Conference in Uganda in February 2019. Delegates from Uganda will stay with us at the discovery centre and take part in debates on a variety of topics such as conflict resolution, human rights and sustainable development. The programme also includes various social activities as well as gifting local schools and communities.

This trip is organised by the Uganda-UK Schools Linking Partnership (U-UKSLP) and the project has been running for over 20 years.

In order to raise money for this project the group will be organising various fundraising events at Huxlow Science College, however to fund our individual places we will need to provide a sum of £1000 each to attend.

We would like to ask kindly for your sponsorship to go towards our total, but we realise, in order to gain your support we need to do something

TWININ' IN TANDEM

Plummeting from a Plane at 13,000ft and freefalling, hitting speeds of up to 120MPH in a personally funded Tandem skydive over the Cambridgeshire landscape.

So on August 26th look up, because it won’t be a bird, there might be a plane... but we will definitely be falling!
