Solidarity with colleagues who held the line on strike action and the Marking and Assessment Boycott (MAB) for reasonable pay and conditions, secure jobs, sustainable workloads and to end the race pay gap. Many of those in the MAB have been hit by massively punitive deductions by UAL Senior Management, out of all proportion with the activity: 50% of their wages. This is causing real hardship, especially on the back of the pay deductions for strike action.
