I am entering Fjällräven Polar 2019 to win a place on a 300km dogsledding, extreme expedition through the Arctic wilderness. By securing the most votes in the UK, I will complete this challenge to raise money and awareness for the vital work that Help Refugees is doing.

Fjällräven Polar shows that anyone with the right training and equipment can survive the Earth's harshest conditions in the Arctic wilderness. However, thousands of displaced people globally do not have this training and equipment and as we approach winter, the work that Help Refugees and other charities are doing, is crucial. I recently saw the importance of these charities first hand whilst volunteering in Calais and Dunkirk and would encourage you to donate whatever you can to this essential cause.
