In a moment of madness, Will and I have entered the 125 km Cardiff Velothon on 8th July.

Despite our definite lack of aerobic fitness, we will be cycling our little/big legs off on a tandem in loving memory of Owen Morris and Ian Williams.

We would be incredibly grateful if you could support us by donating to this fundraising page. Half of the funds will be donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) through ‘Remembering Owen’ and half will be donated to causes important to Ian through his Just Giving page.

We would really appreciate even the smallest donations. It will make bearable the following week where we are struggling to walk.
