Wilson unfortunately was hit by a car over a week ago and sustained really bad facial injuries, he has had his eye removed as well as a tooth and continues to require medication to alleviate his pain and discomfort.
After the accident happened we were unable to find Wilson for a couple of days and it was only through the support of our lovely family, friends and neighbours and the missing cats york UK Facebook page, we found him hiding in a nearby garden frightened and in pain.
We have been overwhelmed by everybody's support on the missing cats york UK FB page, who have offered advice and guidance to us and have continued to check in on Wilson and the progress he is making.
Wilson is now starting to drink and eat small amounts of pureed food, but is not out of the woods yet and continues to require medication on a daily basis to allow him the best chance to make a full recovery.
Our vet costs have already come to 1500 and unfortunately we cannot afford any more treatment without your help and have been advised to start a just giving page for Wilson to raise the funds to support him with his continued care and treatment.
