Story
The Development company 'Framptons Planning' is submitting plans for an initial 250 dwellings on the fields that reside behind Newton Leys and Cherry Leys with sole access via Sales Lane. This is unacceptable. Help us fight and raise awareness of these plans and proposals. This is grade 2 land and resides on south Derbyshire land who will claim the council tax for these homes, however all the amneties will run through East Staffordshire
