    Story

Wirral Chi Rescue is a newly and very quickly formed group run by Wirral Chihuahua's, a group for Wirral Chihuahua's on the Wirral and surrounding area.
You may have heard about the plight of a lady who had been made homeless and was living in a horsebox with 29 Chihuahuas.
Wirral Chi rescue have taken 11 of these dogs into foster care, plus We'll be helping the 3 remaining with the owner , and the remaining taken into foster care because they're either puppys, nursing mum's or pregnant.
Chihuahuas are very loving little dogs, but these little ones are scared and because they're not with their mum.
Unfortunately due to I'll health the owner hadn't gotten most of the dogs vaccinated, chipped, wormed and flea treated or neutered.
Presently these dogs are not up for adoption so we need to get them the care they need whilst in foster care.
This mage is for vets bills, medication and any other treatment these dogs need.
Please help us. We are all passionate about our Chihuahuas. 7 people have taken in 11 Chihuahuas. Food, blankets beds and collars etc are being donated within the group. This page is purely for treatment costs.

A quick update. Most of these dogs have Now seen the vet. Presently: 1 has bilateral knee Luxation (dislocating knee caps), Several have skin conditions 1 has potential sight problems. 1 has possible allergies All had fleas, all needed nails cutting urgently. All need vaccinations, chipping, etc, We've had to source collars , leads and harnesses for all. GREAT NEWS THOUGH - 2 of the most ill have been handed over to the group, but as they have arrived with these issues they would not be covered by pet insurance.
