Wish Upon a Baby

The most natural thing in the world is the most hardest for us. Most people know someone who has had trouble conceiving, miscarried or had a still birth

We are Lindsey and Ian Darvell, we have miscarried and had trouble conceiving. We have longed for a family of our own for years and our last chance of trying is now, with your help.

Fundraising is our only option to raise £24000 for us to hopefully have our final 3 rounds of IVF.

Ian and I had IVF 10 years ago and was unsuccessful, 10 years on Science and IVF treatment have come a long way. At present our chances of conceiving naturally is less than 1% but with the help of IVF this goes up to 47%.

This is our hopes, wishes and dreams.

We will be doing so much throughout the year to try and achieve our goal/target with the help from family, friends and anyone who is kind enough to join in.

If we don’t manage to raise enough to have at least one round of IVF the money we have raised will go to Luton and Dunstable Hospital for miscarriages and still births, where we ourselves and friends have lost babies.
