Following on from our debut year in the West Midlands Baseball league, playing close to the river where flooding was inevitable, we have moved location to the field at Norton Parish Hall, just South of Worcester. We have started to construct our new field, and so far things are looking great, but we need to raise some funds to complete this, make it easy to maintain, and also provide some additional equipment for new members who have joined having seen our new field being built.

Since the easing of lockdown, we have had a lot of new members sign up, and are now up to 28, with further players coming to training sessions regularly. We need to get some more team equipment, in order to make the game accessible to all. We are proud to offer baseball to all adults, and hope one day to expand into providing coaching for a junior section as well.

The money being raised is split into the following requirements:

Infield dirt mix for bases and base paths - £350

Machine hire and infield maintenance tools - £200

Permanent foul line fencing - £400

Infield equipment (new home plate/pitcher's rubber/base anchors) - £200

Additional club equipment (catcher's gear/bats/bags/training aids etc.) - £350

Any additional money raised will be put towards buying spare jerseys for the club helping to enable new players to join in more easily.
